Glass walking is one of our favorite ways to redevelop focus. It's also a great practice for overcoming the fear and limiting beliefs that prevent you from achieving your true potential.
It does not matter how slow you go so long as you do not stop.
When your mind is 100% focused, you experience something wonderful. You become completely present and experience what it is like to be in the moment. When you are walking across a bed of sharp, broken glass. Your mind doesn't run down your to-do list or think about what you will be doing tomorrow. You become totally immersed in the present experience and your mind reaches a level of complete clarity.
Glass walks can be done as part of a personal session or as a workshop. The fees for both vary depending on needs and amount of attendees.
